Simple Homemade Fries + Whipped Avocado Dip #PlantBasedOnaBudget

Who doesn’t love potatoes? 🥔 who doesn’t love avocados? 🥑 So why do I rarely see them in this heavenly combination? America’s two favorite sweethearts play so well off of each other here with the perfect combination of seasoning. 🍟Fries🍟
– 1 potato, sliced to desired thickness and coated in olive oil. Seasoned with salt, pepper, carne asada seasoning, and nutritional yeast and baked at 415° for 20-25 minutes

🥑Avocado dip🥑
– 1 medium avocado, mashed and mixed with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, about 3 tsp sriracha, and 1-2 TBSP vegan mayo (@followyourheart is the best IMO). Topped with chives.

The nooch on the fries adds a nice cheesy flavor and helps you meet your daily Vitamin B needs! @bragglivefoodproducts is my favorite nutritional yeast brand
